Mother, father, and daughter, Dovie, all died within three weeks of one another. When Maggie died, they removed her body through a window so that Tom, who was sick in another room, wouldn't know that she had died. He then died ten days later. 3,2
Research
Thomas tombstone shows that he was born 20 Aug 1858. In Blanche WInters Lauterbach Daily Date Book, is the note that he lived 43 years and 4 months. This would make his birth year 1859. Her note is probably mistaken.
